The
growing and assorted drive shaft's application range, obliged us to develop
constantly the fabrication process. Under this point of view, INEC uses the
drive shaft balancing process when necessary depending on the equipment's works
conditions. Using a last generation digital checker, we guarantee the best performance
without disturbances generated by the vibrations caused by a lost of the mass
balancing this way, we increase the drive shaft's life and consequently reduce
the maintenance cost.
Being
digital, the checker used permits the mass exactness correction above the expectations,
offering confidence to the process. Every balanced drive shaft's is followed
by a balancing register, reporting the drive shaft's condition the checker is
responsible for sending a protocol in order to avoid the result's adulteration.
